Ancilla Women Whip Kennedy-King 97-44
Plymouth – The Ancilla College women’s basketball team closed out the home portion of their non-conference home schedule with a convincing 97-44 win over Kennedy-King College of Chicago.
LaRae Rascoe (Indianapolis) led the Lady Chargers (5-4) with a game-high 26 points, while grabbing nine rebounds and Camryn Kopka (Winamac) hit five of her nine three-pointers for 19 points and she also had four steals. Cierra Spearman (Indianapolis) added 17 points and seven rebounds, while Talia Bee (Valparaiso) had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Coach Jenarius Thurman’s team closes out the non-conference portion of the schedule on Dec. 19th when they play Danville Area Community College at 6 p.m. in Danville, IL.
