Fire Men’s Golf 12th in Loaded Field at The Farm

ROCKY FACE, Ga.—Southeastern finished 12th at the Roadrunner Classic, hosted at The Farm Golf Club.
The field featured nine of the top 16 teams in the current coaches’ poll.
The Fire had a 54-hole team score of 934 (310-308-316). Top ranked Coastal Georgia (868) cruised to a 15-shot win over second ranked Oklahoma City (883).
Freshman Andres Padilla was the top finisher this week in a tie for 46th, scoring a three-over 75 each of the first two rounds, and an 81 in the final.
Landry Miller was three shots behind Padilla with a pair of 77’s sandwiching an 80 in the second. Noah Endicott matched Miller in 54th place with scores of 78, 77, and 79.
Jacob Soucinek was 63rd with scores of 80, 79, and 81, and Gonzalo Moreno was 66th with a score of 242 (86-77-79).
The Fire return to the course for The Sun Conference Championship at Lake Jovita on April 28.
