Kamara, Louzada and Oliveira Named NAIA All-Americans

KANSAS CITY – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics has announced its 2017 Men’s Soccer All-American Teams, with the Crossroads League placing Morris Kamara of Spring Arbor, Matheus Louzada of Huntington and Glauber Oliveira of Indiana Wesleyan on the list.
Kamara earned NAIA Honorable Mention All-American honors after being selected as the Crossroads League Player of the Year following the 2017 campaign. Kamara led Spring Arbor to the regular season CL Championship by ranking No. 17 in the NAIA with 17 goals scored and closing with a league-leading 38 points.
Louzada joined Kamara as an Honorable Mention All-American on the heels of claiming Crossroads League Midfield Player-of-the-Year attention. Louzada anchored the Huntington attack by leading the squad with eight goals, eight assists and 24 points.
Oliveira was also named an NAIA Honorable Mention All-American in addition to his Crossroads League Offensive Player-of-the-Year award. Oliveira netted a team-best 11 goals for Indiana Wesleyan and added four assists for a total of 26 points
