LADY PILOTS FALTER LATE AT SAU

SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Bethel College Lady Pilots’ women’s basketball team could not enough stops late in the fourth quarter on Saturday in a 52-49 defeat to Spring Arbor University. The Lady Pilots outscored the Cougars 6-3 in the final 1:41 but fell just short of the comeback.

  • The Lady Pilots held a 22-19 lead at halftime before surrendering the lead for good after a surrendering a 6-0 run to the Cougars to open the second half.
