LAKELAND, Fla.—Southeastern University men’s golf coach Steve Phelps has announced the addition of Nick Maff to the roster for the Fall of 2018.
Maff comes to SEU having spent the last two seasons at Monmouth University, where he recorded three Top 15 finishes during the Fall of 2017. This included a win at the Binghamton Matthews Auto Collegiate Tournament, finishing four-under with a final round score of 69.
“As soon as I walked on the campus of SEU, I knew this was the University for me,” said Maff. “I believe SEU is the place that will help me grow academically, athletically, and spiritually. I cannot wait to be a meber of the SEU family.”
Four times, Maff posted the best score on the roster, which included eight rounds in the 70s.
In high school, Maff was a two-time district champion, and was the first freshman to win the event. He was also named to the All-State team at Bethlehem Catholic.
