Ohio State and Penn State Standouts Honored as Three Stars

Penn State’s Pavlychev earns first star after recording back-to-back multi-goal games in weekend sweep of Robert Morris

 

First Star

Nikita Pavlychev, Penn State

  • Led the nation last weekend with seven points on four goals and three assists, helping the Nittany Lions to a weekend sweep of Robert Morris
  • Registered a career-best four points with two goals, including the eventual game-winning tally, and two assists during a 7-2 victory on Friday
  • Added two more goals and an assist in Saturday night’s 11-6 win for the second multi-goal game of his career
  • The Academic All-Big Ten honoree claims his first career weekly award

  • Earns his second career weekly award and his first since Feb. 27, 2018 (First Star)
