Ancilla’s Sinkovics Knocked out of NJCAA Wrestling Championships

 

 

Ancilla College wrestler Luke Sinkovics (Mishawaka) lost by technical fall, 16-1, in the first round of the 184-pound class at the NJCAA Wrestling Championships in Council Bluffs, IA, Friday morning. He had a bye for the 2nd round in the consolation bracket.  Sinkovics lost in the consolation bracket 3rd round by major decision, 15-3, to Matt O’Donnell of Camden Community College. He is out of the double elimination tournament. He was the only Ancilla wrestler to advance to nationals.
