Bellarmine, UIndy Earn GLVC Baseball Weekly Awards
INDIANAPOLIS – Bellarmine University senior outfielder Zac Wiley and University of Indianapolis junior pitcher Reid Werner have been respectively named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player and Pitcher of the Week in the sport of baseball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Posted a slugging percentage of .895 on the week with 17 total bases, hitting safely in all five games while posting three multi-hit efforts
Finished doubleheader against USI 4-for-9 with a home run, double, four RBI and two runs scored
Went 2-for-2, drew a pair of walks and was a hit by pitch in the opener at Rockhurst
Concluded Saturday with a 2-for-4 effort with a home run, double, five RBI and two runs scored
Finished Rockhurst series 1-for-4 with a run scored
