LAKELAND, Fla.—Southeastern University Director of Athletics Drew Watson announced today that women’s soccer head coach Randy Belli has resigned after four seasons at the helm of the program.
“Since taking over at the tail end of the 2015 season, Randy has worked to build one of the best NAIA programs in the country over the past four seasons,” said Watson. “I’m thankful for his work here and wish him the very best.”
Men’s soccer head coach Clay Roberts will serve as the interim coach during the University’s national search for a replacement.
Belli served as the interim head coach during the Fire’s final four games of the 2015 season and has led the program to four-straight Sun Conference Tournament championship game appearances, three consecutive national tournament appearances, and back-to-back national semifinal appearances.
