THOUGHTS FROM COACH DRABYN

  • “Really proud of our players effort tonight against another really good team on the road. We are playing with a lot of confidence offensively and have many different guys bringing value to the game. Dr. Theo Williams, a Communications Professor at Bethel, spoke to our guys before the game about being a star in your role, whatever that role is. Each member of our team is important and our players are starting to believe in what we’re doing as a collective group. When we play together and stay positive, we have a great chance to be successful. I was pleased with our mentality to start the game and felt we were ready to play. I would have liked to have seen us finish the game better. We didn’t guard and rebound to our standard and those are things we will need to get better with going forward. It was a good team win and look forward to another tough challenge at IU South Bend on Friday.”
