CENTIER BANK PERFORMER OF THE WEEK – 1-20-18

The Centier Bank Performer of the Week is Chesterton senior basketball player Austin Peterson.  In the Trojans’ 67-52 win over Andrean on Wednesday, the 6-foot-6 forward tallied 28 points, including six 3-pointers. During an eight-minute stretch in the contest, he knocked down four 3-pointers and tallied 14 points. Then, in Friday’s 56-39 Duneland Conference triumph over Crown Point, Peterson scored 18 points, including four more 3-pointers. He also pulled down six rebounds and dished out three assists to help the Trojans improve their overall record to 13-2 and 2-1 in the DAC.

The Centier Bank Performer of the Week is open to any male-female student athlete who participates in any IHSAA sanctioned sport and whose school is in the Centier Bank geographic area.
