CENTIER BANK PERFORMER OF THE WEEK – 10-7-17

The Centier Bank Performer of the Week is the Lowell football team’s defense.  In Friday’s 16-0 shutout of Northwest Crossroads Conference rival Andrean, the Red Devils limited the 59ers to only three first downs, 25 rushing yards on 23 carries, and 42 yards passing on 3-of-18 attempts for a game total of only 67 yards.  Leading the charge was junior defense end Blake Jansky, who had 12 tackles and two quarterback sacks, as Lowell improved to 8-0 overall and clinched a share of the NCC crown with a 4-0 mark.

The Centier Bank Performer of the Week is open to any male-female student athlete who participates in any IHSAA sanctioned sport and whose school is in the Centier Bank geographic area.
