The Indiana University recruit also had three receptions for 31 yards and came up with an interception in the final 90 seconds to seal the Red Devils’ first trip to the state title game since 2009 and their first 14-0 mark in program history. Lowell takes on East Central (11-3) for the Class 4A championship this Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CST at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

In Friday’s 34-7 triumph at defending state champion Carmel in the Class 6A northern semistate, Schneider came up with a pair of interceptions to help the Kingsmen capture their 12th straight victory and earn a spot in the state championship game for the second time in three years. Penn (12-1) meets top-ranked Ben Davis (13-0) in the Class 6A finale this Saturday at 7:05 p.m. EST at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
