by | Sep 24, 2018 | Headlines, RRSN News | 0 comments

The Centier Bank Performers of the Week are Elkhart Central junior runner Lauren Dibley and Griffith senior football player Ernest Johnson.

After capturing the title at last week’s New Prairie Cross Country Invitational, Dibley followed that up by taking first place honors at Saturday’s Culver Academies’ Invitational with a time of 19.05 to help the Blazers to a third-place finish.

In the Panthers’ 29-14 win over Boone Grove last Friday, Johnson had 13 carries for 224 yards and three touchdowns on runs of 21, 63, and 44 yards. This helped Griffith to improve to 4-2 overall and 4-0 in the Greater South Shore Conference.

The Centier Bank Performer of the Week is open to any male-female student athlete who participates in any IHSAA sanctioned sport and whose school is in the Centier Bank geographic area.
