LAKELAND, Fla.—Southeastern University placed three players on the two Men’s Soccer All-Conference teams, released by the league office this afternoon.

Senior forward Jake Van Der Luit earned first-team honors, with defenders Joey Dotson and James Paylor receiving second-team honors.

Van Der Luit was second in The Sun Conference in points per game, averaging 2.15 with 13 goals and two assists in 13 games. His eight goals in league play ranked fourth.

Dotson had two goals and an assist from his outside back position, and Paylor added four assists as a center back.

The Fire finished the regular season with a record of 11-3-1, and were 7-2 in Sun Conference play to finish second.

Southeastern hosts a conference semifinal match on Tuesday, November 6.
