IRVING, Texas—Four graduating Southeastern University football players were among a record class named to the National Football Foundation’s 2019 Hampshire Honor Society.
To be eligible, a player must have completed their final year of playing eligibility in 2018 and have a 3.2 cumulative grade point average throughout their entire course of undergraduate studies and have been significant contributors on the field.
Defensive backs Jimiah Albritton, Tyson Kee, and Dustin Peebles, along with receiver Marque Northington received this honor.
This group helped the Fire win four conference championships over the last four seasons, and finished the 2018 season with a 7-3 record.
