HC WOMEN’S BASKETBALL FALLS ON THE ROAD

Ann Arbor, MI. The Holy Cross College women’s basketball team travelled to Michigan this afternoon to take on (RV) Concordia University. The Saints battled the Cardinals tough for four quarters, but fell 91-65. With the loss, women’s basketball stands at 10-7 overall and 4-3 in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference.

The Saints were led in scoring by Tagin Schultheis who scored 31 points on 10/20 shooting from the field. Junior Keysha Streater added 16 points and a team-best seven rebounds. Holy Cross shot 35% from the field and 38% from behind the arc. Holy Cross was outrebounded 45-32.

Women’s basketball will be back in action when they host Olivet Nazarene University Saturday, January 6 in a 1:00pm tipoff
