Notre Dame, Ind. The Holy Cross College men’s soccer team hosted Trinity Christian this afternoon in a Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference matchup. Senior Laith Zaibal put the Saints up one with a goal coming in the 14th minute, followed by back-to-back goals by Marcos Hernandez in the 26th and 29th minutes. Holy Cross tacked on another goal from Elmin Ejup as the game entered halftime 4-0. Jeff Rafter converted on a PK in the 82nd minute as the Saints would cruise to the 5-0 victory. With the win, Holy Cross moves to 5-4-2 and 2-3-2 in CCAC play, while TCC stands at 5-8-1 and 3-5-1.
