Huntington Moves Closer to Top-25 Rating on the Diamond

 

KANSAS CITY – The NAIA released its third Top-25 Poll of the baseball regular season on Tuesday afternoon, with Huntington remaining in the receiving votes portion of the ratings as the lone Crossroads League program to garner attention.

 

RV Huntington (16-7, 9-2 CL) gained 91 points in the poll, moving up from the 32nd to the 26th-highest total in the nation. The Foresters have rattled off seven-straight wins to move within 14 points of a Top-25 rating.

 

The NAIA Top-25 Poll is voted on by a panel of head coaches from around the nation. The next baseball Top-25 Poll will be announced on April 18.
