Hawkeyes’ Megan Gustafson and Terrapins’ Taylor Mikesell are this week’s honorees

Averaged 28.5 points and 11.5 rebounds per game with a .639 field goal percentage and two double-doubles last week, as No. 17/15 Iowa handed No. 14/18 Rutgers its first Big Ten loss of the year before defeating Purdue to avenge a loss to the Boilers earlier this month

Had 32 points (on 13-of-16 shooting) and 12 rebounds in last Wednesday’s win over Rutgers

Added 25 points and 11 rebounds in Sunday’s win over Purdue, posting her NCAA-leading 19th double-double of the season

Received Academic All-Big Ten recognition in 2017-18

Earns her 19th career Big Ten Player of the Week award and ninth this season, tying the conference single-season and career records (Gustafson had nine honors last year and joins Ohio State’s Jantel Lavender who had 19 career awards from 2008-11)
