Minnesota’s Jordan Murphy earns Player of the Week honors; Hawkeyes’ Luka Garza named Freshmen of the Week

Tallied a career-high 35 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for his 22nd career double-double in the Gophers’ season-opening win over USC Upstate

Recorded career-highs in field goals made (13), field goals attempted (22), free throws made (9) and free throws attempted (15)

Shot 59.1 percent (13-of-22) from the field

Became first Gopher to score 35 points in a game since Andre Hollins posted 41 points on Nov 3, 2012

Earns his second career Big Ten Player of the Week honor
