SOUTH BEND, Ind.- The Indiana University South Bend Titans (16-6, 9-6 CCAC) defeated the Calumet College of Saint Joseph Crimson Wave (2-21, 0-15 CCAC) by a final score of 111-31 to snap their two game skid and mark their biggest victory of the season.

The first half saw the IU South Bend Titans hold the Crimson Wave to single digits in both the first quarter and the second quarter while scoring 33 points in the first period followed by 24 points in the second to enter halftime with a 57-16 lead.

The second half proved to be more of the same as the Titans again held CCSJ to single digits in both the third quarter and the fourth quarter while posting 28 points in the third and 26 points in the fourth in route to a convincing 80 point victory over the Crimson Wave.

A swarming IUSB defense forced 32 Crimson Wave turnovers which they turned into 51 points.

A stellar IU South Bend offense shot better than 60% from the field and featured five different players to score in double figures, led by Jazmen Watts who finished with a game high 22 points.

Watts’ 22 points came on just four missed shots, shooting 7-11 from the field while also converting on four of the five three point field goals that she attempted.

The next Titan to post double digits in the scoring column was freshman guard Aubrie Booker who finished with 19 points, just two points shy of a career record.

Booker’s 19 points came on 70% shooting from the field while connecting on five of the seven triples that she attempted.

Other Titans to notch double figures included Sydney Jerrells (17), Lizzie Graham (11), and Tenleigh Phelps (10).

The Indiana University South Bend Titans return to action on Saturday, February 8th, when they travel to Davenport, Iowa, to take on the Fighting Bees of Saint Ambrose University at 2:00 PM ET.
