PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill.-Â The Indiana University South Bend Titans (8-1, 3-1 CCAC) defeated the Trinity Christian College Trolls (0-8, 0-3 CCAC) by a final score of 82-48 to extend their winning streak to three straight games.
A balanced IU South Bend offense outscored Trinity Christian by at least six points in each quarter, including a 12 point differential in the fourth quarter on their way to a lop sided victory.
12 first quarter points from Tenleigh Phelps helped pave the way to an 82-48 victory that featured four Titans to score in double figures.
Senior guard Tenleigh Phelps led all scorers with 23 points, doing so by shooting better than 50% from the field (10-19) and a perfect 3-3 from the free throw line.
Other Titans to flourish in the scoring column were Jazmen Watts, Kenzie Fulks and Lizzie Graham who all finished with 11 total points.
As a team, IU South Bend shot better than 40% from the field and converted and 12 of their 15 free throw attempts.
The Indiana University South Bend Titans return to action on Tuesday, December 10th, when they host the Indiana University Columbus Crimson Pride at 5:30 PM ET in the Student Activities Center.
