Baseball Claims Series Win over Grace

WINONA LAKE, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan University baseball and Grace (Ind.) split a doubleheader on Tuesday. IWU won last Tuesday to win two of three from the Lancers on the season. Grace won the opener 3-1 but Indiana Wesleyan took the rubber game by an 11-1 margin.

Grace answered in the bottom of the second inning with a solo home run by Ethan Brooks to tie the game 1-1. Brooks and Jacob Sapp hit back-to-back home runs in the fifth inning for the 3-1 lead. All four runs in the game were by solo home runs.
