SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – Indiana Wesleyan University volleyball won their eighth consecutive match on Friday to dispatch host Spring Arbor (Mich.) 3-0. The Wildcats hit a season-best .368 and earn a season-sweep of Spring Arbor – a team that is 15-7 on the season.
MOVIN’ ON UP
The Indiana Wesleyan victory coupled with a Saint Francis (Ind.) loss moves the Wildcats into a second place tie in the Crossroads League with 9-3 records. Following a 1-2 start to league play, Indiana Wesleyan has won eight of nine league contests.
CAN’T STOP THE CATS
Indiana Wesleyan compiled 42 kills on 87 chances with only 10 errors. That amounts to a .368 attack percentage, which is the best this season and highest since hitting .384 vs. Goshen (Ind.) on September 6, 2017. IWU hit .346 or better in all three sets, including a .407 percentage in the opening set.
