IWU Volleyball Cuts Down Foresters in Three Sets
HUNTINGTON, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan University volleyball dominated Huntington (Ind.) in three quick sets on Wednesday to improve to 3-2 in Crossroads League play. The Wildcats out-killed the Foresters 44-19 on the evening and ended the match with a .319 attack percentage.
BALANCED ATTACK
Four Wildcats finished with nine or more kills in the match, led by freshman Ana Collar with 13. Marci Miller added 10 while Megan Graber and Kelly Miller each contributed 9 kills.
BIG FINISH
Indiana Wesleyan hit a stellar .458 in the third set victory. IWU had 14 kills on just 24 attempts with 3 errors.
HAVE THEIR NUMBER
The Wildcats have won 18 consecutive matches against the Foresters and have won 22 of the last 23 meetings dating back to the 2006 season.
