Lady Chargers Beat Glen Oaks 82-51

 

Centreville, MI – The Ancilla College women’s basketball team beat Glen Oaks Community College 82-51 Monday night in a Michigan Community College Athletic Association contest.

Brynda Krueger scored 13 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the Lady Chargers. Hannah Stolte also had 13 points, with LaRae Roscoe adding 11 and Quaynik Merriweather netting 10. Roscoe and Merriweather each had five assists.

The Lady Chargers (21-5, 11-4) complete their regular season on Wednesday when they host Lake Michigan Community College.  Tip is at 5:30 p.m. at the LifePlex in Plymouth.  This game should decide the third seed in the National Junior College Athletic Association Regional next week.  Ancilla will host a game at 6 p.m. on March 6th against an opponent to be named.
