Lady Chargers Beat Jackson to go 18-5, 8-4

Jackson, MI – The Ancilla College women’s basketball team got back to winning with a 70-63 victory over Jackson Community College Saturday in a Michigan Community College Athletic Association game.

LaRae Roscoe led the Lady Chargers (18-5, 8-4) with 21 points with Brynda Krueger added 15. Ancilla used a good second half to record the road win and move a game closer to securing a hosting berth in the National Junior College Athletic Association Regional first-round game in March.

The Lady Chargers travel to Grand Rapids on Wednesday for a 5:30 tip and will host Lansing on Saturday at 1 p.m.  There are only four conference games remaining.
