PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.—The Southeastern University men’s golf team finished fourth at the Keiser Kup by Golfino, held at PGA National’s Palmer Course.
SEU finished the 54-hole tournament with scores of 298, 296, and 296, trailing preseason No. 13 Johnson & Wales by 13 strokes for third place.
Andres Padilla was the top individual finisher in a tie for eighth with a score of 218, closing with a 1-over 73 in the final round. Nicholas Maff was one shot behind Padilla, carding an even-par 72 in the final round Tuesday.
Jacob Soucinek finished tied for 14th with a score of 222, concluding the tournament with a 75, and Landry Miller placed 44th with a total of 232 and a 77 in the third round.
Noah Endicott rounded out the roster, posting a 76 in the final round and an overall score of 239 to finish 55th.
The Fire return to action on October 1 at Innisbrook for the USCB Invitational.
