Michigan State, Notre Dame and Wisconsin Standouts Honored as Three Stars

Wisconsin’s Miller earns first star after recording Badgers’ first four-point game since 2016

 

First Star

K’Andre Miller, Wisconsin

  • Tied for the Big Ten points lead and ranked second nationally with a goal and four assists last weekend as the Badgers went 1-0-1 with conference foe No. 6/6 Penn State
  • Posted the Badgers’ first four-point game since Oct. 16, 2016, with the game-winning goal and three assists in Wisconsin’s 8-5 comeback win on Saturday
  • Leads the Badgers with 15 points on three goals and 12 assists, while his 15 points lead all Big Ten freshmen
  • Earns his first career weekly award

  • Turned aside 35 shots on Saturday before stopping four shots in the 3-on-3 overtime and all four shootout attempts to help the Spartans get the extra point

  • Scored the game-winning goal in Saturday’s 3-0 victory against the Engineers and helped extend Notre Dame’s winning streak to six games
