Buckeyes’ Keita Bates-Diop earns Player of the Week award; Spartans’ Jaren Jackson Jr. named Freshman of the Week

Averaged 22.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists in wins vs. Michigan and William & Mary last week

Scored a career high 27 points in the 97-62 win vs. William & Mary

Shot 62 percent from the field (16-of-26) for the week, including 4-of-8 from 3-point range and 9-of-10 from the foul line

Scored 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds in a win vs. Michigan which improved Ohio State to 2-0 in conference play

Earns his first career Big Ten Player of the Week honor

Scored 11 points (all in the second half) against Rutgers and blocked eight shots to tie the Michigan State single-game record and set the freshman school record

Scored 17 points and grabbed 13 rebounds vs. Southern Utah to notch his fifth double-double of the season

Shot 58.3 percent from the field last week (7-of-12) and added three steals

Earns his second Freshman of the Week honor
