Earned MVP honors at the Play4Kay Showcase in Las Vegas and was named the espnW National Player of the Week after averaging 30.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game last week, leading the Buckeyes to the tournament title

Scored a season-high 37 points in an overtime win against No. 14/12 Stanford in the championship game, connecting on 19 of 20 free throws to tie the Big Ten and school records for free throws made

Had 34 points and made 7-of-11 three-point field goals in the semifinals against Florida Gulf Coast to become the NCAA Division I record holder for career three-point field goals made (now with 404), topping the old mark held by UConn’s Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis (398 from 2012-15)

Collected Academic All-Big Ten honors in 2016 and 2017

Earns her ninth career Player of the Week honor, tying for fourth in Big Ten history with former Minnesota great Lindsay Whalen (nine from 2001-04)

Hallie Thome, Jr., C, MICH: Logged 23.0 points and 10.0 rebounds per game with a .762 field-goal percentage and a double-double in Michigan’s two victories last week

Scored a team-high 22 points in Sunday’s championship game win over host UNLV

Posted a double-double with 18 points and 13 rebounds in the tournament opener against Wake Forest

Earns her second career Freshman of the Week honor, and second in as many weeks
