MISHAWAKA, Ind. – The Bethel College baseball team allowed double digit runs to Mount Vernon Nazarene for the third straight game and fell 13-2 to the visiting Cougars. Mason Love went 2-for-3 from the plate and extended his team-leading total to 27 runs batted in on the season.

For the second game in a row, the Pilots allowed the Cougars to jump out to a huge lead on the back of a seven-run second inning.
The Pilots left seven runners on base and struck out ten times in the game.
Mason Love hit his tenth double of the season and recorded his team-leading 27th run batted in.


The Pilots finish their season at home on Tuesday with Senior Day against Aquinas with a single, nine-inning game at 4 pm.
