Huskers’ Aubrei Corder, Buckeyes’ Izzy Rodriguez, Boilermakers’ Hannah Mussallem and Scarlet Knights’ Meagan McClelland are this week’s honorees
Offensive Player of the Week
Izzy Rodriguez, Ohio State
D – So. – Canton, Mich. – Salem
• Had a hand in all three Ohio State goals last week with two goals and one assist, helping the Buckeyes to a win over Iowa and a draw with conference leader Nebraska
• Scored the tying goal against the Huskers in the 58th minute on Sunday, curling in a corner kick from the right flag
• Set up OSU’s opening score and added an insurance tally in the victory over Iowa on Sept. 27
• Earns her first career Offensive Player of the Week honor (was named Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 25, 2018)
• Becomes the second Big Ten women’s soccer student to receive Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week awards in the same season and first since 2001, when OSU’s Lisa Grubb did so on Sept. 3 (defensive) and Oct. 29 (offensive)

Defensive Player of the Week
Hannah Mussallem, Purdue

• Played every minute of Purdue’s double-overtime conference win over in-state rival Indiana on Sept. 29
• Anchored a Boilermaker backline that held the Hoosiers scoreless for only the second time all season
• A two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection, earning the distinction in 2016-17 and 2017-18
• Garners her first career Defensive Player of the Week honor

Goalkeeper of the Week
Aubrei Corder, Nebraska
GK – Jr. – Barboursville, W.Va. – Homeschooled
• Made a combined 12 saves in two Big Ten outings last week, going the distance in a shutout win at No. 24 Penn State and a draw at Ohio State
• Recorded a career-high nine saves at PSU on Sept. 27 to earn her third solo shutout of the year
• Added three stops in Sunday’s draw at OSU, the lone goal coming in the second half directly from a corner kick
• Recognized as a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten honoree in 2017-18
• Receives her second career Goalkeeper of the Week accolade (was also Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 25, 2016)

• Tended goal throughout Rutgers’ two double-overtime conference games last week, making six saves and allowing just one goal in 215 minutes of action
• Posted a shutout at No. 22 Wisconsin on Sept. 28, her fourth clean sheet of the year and first in Big Ten play
• Logged a career-high five saves in Sunday’s win at Minnesota
• Collects her first career Freshman of the Week award
