THOUGHTS FROM COACH LIGHTFOOT
- “Even though we didn’t finish plays with defensive rebounds, we made enough winning plays in the second half to come away with the win. We did a lot of really good things defensively, holding them to 41% from the floor, but really got beat up on the boards today.
- “We had great bench minutes from guys like Jared, Dom, and Juwan that provided us a nice lift.
- “Winning games in this league is tough. Winning road games is about getting back on the bus with a win. And that’s what we did today.”
UP NEXT
- The Pilots return to the Wiekamp Athletic Center on Wednesday, December 5 for a matchup against No. 6 Mt. Vernon Nazarene. Tip-off for the men’s game is set for 8:00 p.m. The Cougars have won three straight against the Pilots, including the last two in Mishawaka.
