NCCAA ANNOUNCES VOLLEYBALL POSTSEASON AWARDS
GREENVILLE, S.C. – The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) announced its Women’s Volleyball postseason awards on Monday, following the conclusion of the National Championship over the weekend, and seven Pilots were honored with awards. Isabelle North was named a Second Team NCCAA All-American. North finished the season with 394 kills and 147 total blocks while hitting .376 on the season. The sophomore led the NCCAA in hitting percentage while ranking third in blocks per set (1.13).
Maddy Payne earned NCCAA All-Tournament Team honors. In ten sets across three matches for the Pilots, she recorded 31 kills and six blocks, to go along with 21 digs.
In addition, the NCCAA Scholar-Athletes were announced and Madyson Beaver, Haley Berger, Hannah Dull, Megan Hosinski, and Kaitlin Papp all earned recognition for their success in the classroom.
