LAKELAND, Fla.- For the second-straight week, sophomore Julia Rohm has been named The Sun Conference Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
Rohm was the top-NAIA finisher in the Mountain Dew Invitational with an 18:49 5K run, placing 16th overall in a field filled with NCAA Division I, II, and NAIA talent.
The Riverview native helped guide the Fire to a fifth-place finish overall, in which only NCAA Division I Florida, North Florida, Troy, and NCAA Division II Tampa placed better than SEU.
The Fire are off this week before returning to Holloway Park in Lakeland to host the Florida Runners Invitational on Friday September 27.
