Scott Signs Contract with San Francisco Giants

Fifth Southeastern Baseball Signs with MLB

LAKELAND, Fla. – The fifth member of the 2018 Southeastern University baseball team has signed a contract with Major League Baseball. Senior right-handed pitcher Jordan Scott has signed a deal as an undrafted free agent with the San Francisco Giants.

Scott finished the year 14-1 with a 2.40 ERA, 108 strikeouts, and .230 opponent batting average. The Atlanta, Georgia native earned the winning decision in his last 10 consecutive starts.

Scott earned an NAIA All-American Honorable Mention placement after his successful season on the mound for Southeastern.
