TAYLOR’S SAKEUH NAMED NAIA FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

KANSAS CITY, Mo.- Molly Vitale-Sullivan of College of Idaho has been named the NAIA Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week and Plenseh-Tay Sakeuh of Taylor (Ind.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week, the national office announced Wednesday. Vitale-Sullivan and Sakeuh were selected for their performances during the week of February 7-13, and were selected of a pool of conference, Association of Independent Institutions and unaffiliated group winners.

• Broke the school record for the 5K with a time of 17:12.13
o Set the top time in the NAIA this season
• Ran the third-fastest time in school history in the 3K with a time of 9:55.46

• Placed 1st in the Long Jump with a mark of 5.76
