USA Hockey/The Rink Live NCAA Division I College Hockey Polls Start Tuesday
Women’s and men’s polls to be released weekly throughout the season
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced today that the USA Hockey/The Rink Live NCAA Division I college hockey polls will begin next Tuesday (Sept. 19) with the women’s pre-season poll, while the men’s pre-season poll will be released on Oct. 2.
Men’s polls will be released each Monday at 2 p.m. ET during the season, while a new women’s poll will be available each Tuesday at 2 p.m. ET.
Done in conjunction with the American Hockey Coaches Association, the polls have been re-branded from USA Hockey Magazine/USA
Today to USA Hockey/The Rink Live this season.
USA Hockey started the men’s college hockey poll in 1995-96 with the women’s poll beginning in 1999-2000. The 2023-24 season marks the 29th for the men’s polls and 25th for the women’s rankings.
