USI’s Stein Earns GLVC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week Honors

INDIANAPOLIS – University of Southern Indiana senior guard Alex Stein has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week in men’s basketball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Averaged 22 points on 16-of-25 (.640) shooting, with 4.0 assists, 3.5 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 0.5 blocks per game

Opened week with 25 points on 9-of-11 from the field in win over Truman

Filled the stat sheet against Quincy with 19 points on 7-of-14 shooting, with seven assists and five rebounds

Earns his fourth career Player of the Week award (11/14/16, 1/2/18, 11/26/18)
