Voirol honored as NCCAA Pitcher of the Week

WINONA LAKE, Ind. – Grace’s Aaron Voirol was named the NCCAA National Pitcher of the Week on Monday.

Voirol threw a four-hitter to beat Indiana Wesleyan on the road. The junior hurler threw seven shutout innings, striking out seven batters in a 1-0 victory.

He got stronger as the game progressed and did not allow a Wildcat to reach base over the final three innings.

The Lancers are poised to play their home opener on Tuesday, welcoming Bethel to Miller Athletic Complex at 3 p.m.
