GARY, Ind. – Indiana University South Bend volleyball continued its winning streak, tying a program-record and season-high eighth straight victory with a sweep at Indiana University Northwest on Tuesday, Nov. 5. With the win, the Titans improved to 20-11 overall with a 14-3 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference record all while going 8-5 on the road.



Junior transfer Hannah Marchand led the team with 16 kills with zero errors, attacking at an impressive .615 clip. Senior Samantha Hockstra led the Titan defense in digs with 16 while sophomore Mackenzie Powell recorded a double-double with a game-high 34 assists to go along with 11 digs.

Senior Robbie Berg collected a team-high four block assists as well as 11 digs on the defensive side for the Titans.  As a team, IUSB the Titans attacked at a .302 rate while holding the RedHawks to just .151. The Crimson & Cream totaled 12 rejections while IUN added 3.5 on the evening.

The Titans conclude the regular-season on the road, trekking to Judson University on Thursday, Nov. 7 at 8 p.m. CCAC Quarterfinals are set for Tuesday, Nov. 12, depending on where the Titans finish, IUSB sits in a good position to host the first round.
