PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — The first trip to NAIA Nationals for the Southeastern women’s golf team was a successful one.
The Fire finished tied for eighth with a 54-hole score of 956, closing the tournament with their best 18-hole score of 309.
Individually, senior Rebecca Bostrom scored a top 10 finish, scoring a 70 in the final round to finish ninth. Bostrom was one-under on the back nine, carding eight pars, and hit three birdies on the front nine.
Ana Uribe was next on the roster with a 77, finishing with a 54-hole score of 239 to place 30th. Andrea Lopez was tied for 45th, finishing the tournament with a 78.
Sarah Noto was 61st, shooting 84 in the final round, and sophomore classmate Morgan Shock finished with a 91 in the final round.
