2025 Valpo Women’s Soccer Schedule Unveiled

Eight home matches on Brown Field highlight the 2025 schedule for the Valpo soccer program.

Action kicks off with an exhibition match at DePaul (Aug. 5), and when the regular season gets underway, the Beacons will be on the road at Detroit Mercy (Aug. 14) and at Oakland (Aug. 17). Following that opening weekend, Valpo hosts a three-match homestand on Brown Field, welcoming Purdue Fort Wayne (Aug. 24), Eastern Illinois (Aug. 28) and Wright State (Aug. 31) to town.

After that trio of matches is a return to the bus life, with road matches at Southern Indiana (Sept. 4), Illinois (Sept. 7) and Western Illinois (Sept. 11). The Beacons close out nonconference action with Senior Day at home against Chicago State Sept. 14.

The single round-robin Missouri Valley Conference slate kicks off Sept. 20 at Drake. Valpo will also play road games at UIC (Sept. 28), Indiana State (Oct. 12), Southern Illinois (Oct. 19) and Evansville (Oct. 30), while the Beacons host Illinois State (Sept. 25), UNI (Oct. 4), Murray State (Oct. 23) and Belmont (Oct. 26).

The top six teams in the MVC regular season standings qualify for the MVC Tournament, beginning Nov. 2 with the third seed hosting the sixth seed and the fourth seed hosting the fifth seed. The winners of those two matches advance to Nov. 6 semifinals against the top two seeds, with the highest remaining seed hosting the championship match Nov. 9. The winner of the MVC Tournament earns the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
