Crossroads League names baseball award winners

JACKSON, Mich. – The Crossroads League announced its 2022 Baseball All-League honors on Thursday, following Mount Vernon Nazarene’s run to the regular season championship and Taylor’s unbeaten streak through the CL Tournament.

MVNU head coach Keith Veale was selected as the CL Coach of the Year, while Taylor swept the remaining major awards. TU’s TJ Bass was named the CL Player of the Year, Luke Shively was named the Pitcher of the Year and Kaleb Kolpien claimed CL Newcomer-of-the-Year honors.

The All-Crossroads League honors were voted on by the league’s head baseball coaches.
