Bethel Men’s Volleyball falls 3-1 in rematch with Mount Vernon Nazarene

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — The Bethel Pilots Men’s Volleyball team (6-2, 0-2) fell to the Mount Vernon Nazarene Cougars (5-1, 3-1) 3-1 in Ariel Arena on Saturday.

Andre Parra ended the night with 14 kills on only three errors and seven digs, and Afonso Matias had nine kills and eight digs.

The Pilots allowed eight aces from the Cougars and hit below .200 with their second loss in a row against Mount Vernon Nazarene in Ariel Arena.

The Pilots take on the Lourdes Graywolves in WHAC play at Ebeid Recreation Center in Sylvania, Ohio on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 7:00 p.m.
