Indiana Tech Women’s Outdoor Wins Seventh-Straight  WHAC Title,

ADRIAN, Mich. – (Complete Results) For the seventh consecutive year, Indiana Tech Women’s Track & Field has earned the WHAC outdoor championship. The Warriors scored 182.5 team points to fend off second place Cornerstone by 26 points to earn th conference title.

Margherita Conrad of Siena Heights was named the meet’s Most Outstanding Performer, given to the athletes whose performance ranks highest on the current NAIA performance list. Her 4.10m Pole Vault Marks ranks her second in the NAIA

Linnearia Richards of Siena Heights was named the Most Valuable Performer of the meet for scoring the most points of any competitor. Richards won the 400m hurdles and the long jump and was second in the 110m hurdles.

The Newcomer of the Year award went to Princess Browne of Madonna. Browne won the triple jump and was second in the long jump.

Warriors head coach Doug Edgar was named the Coach of the Year.

Indiana Tech Wins 12th-straight WHAC Outdoor Track Title

ADRIAN, Mich. – (Complete Results) For the 12th consecutive season, Indiana Tech Men’s Track & Field won the outdoor championship. The event, hosted by Siena Heights saw Indiana Tech score 224 team points to fend off second-place Madonna and its 187.5 points. Cornerstone was in third at 144.5 with Aquinas in fourth at 112.5

Netanel Dorothea and Mason Darden of Madonna were named the meet’s Co-Most Outstanding Performers, given to the athletes whose performance ranks highest on the current NAIA performance list. Dorothea’s 46.14 400m is tops in the NAIA as is Darden’s hammer throw of 63.15.

Dorothea was also named the Most Valuable Performer of the meet and the Newcomer of the Year for scoring the most points of any competitor. He won the 200m, 400m and was a part of the 1st place 4x400m relay team.

Warriors head coach Doug Edgar was named the Coach of the Year.
