Huskies’ Kosakoff, Buckeyes’ McHenry, Scarlet Knights’ Dalton, and Wolverines’ Pierson recognized with weekly accolades

 

 

Offensive Player of the Week

Charlie Kosakoff, Washington

Jr. – F – San Diego, Calif. – Torrey Pines

  • Notched his first career brace with both goals in a 2-1 win over Michigan State
  • Recorded both goals in a span of less than eight minutes of the second half
  • Collects his first Offensive Player of the Week award

 

Defensive Player of the Week 

Nick McHenry, Ohio State

So. – D – Loveland, Ohio. – Loveland

  • Paired a goal and an assist as the Buckeyes topped Butler 4-0
  • Earns his second Defensive Player of the Week award of the season
  • Last Ohio State Defensive Player of the Week: Siggi Magnusson (Oct. 8, 2024)

 

Goalkeeper of the Week 

Ciaran Dalton, Rutgers

Sr. – Pearl River, N.Y. – Pearl River

  • Posted a pair of saves to secure a 1-0 win over Penn State
  • Notched his second clean sheet of the season
  • Garners his first Goalkeeper of the Week award

 

Freshman of the Week 

Kyle Pierson, Michigan

Fr. – F – Plymouth, Mich. – Detroit Catholic Central

  • Tallied his second goal in as many games, as Michigan topped No. 1 Ohio State
  • 70th minute marker helped the Wolverines secure their first-ever win over a top ranked team
  • Earns his first Freshman of the Week award
