Three repeat winners highlight the Midwest League’s Players of the Week, featuring in the top-25 showdown between #8 Marian and #19 Olivet Nazarene.

Offensive Player of the Week
Christian Dhue-Reid, Olivet Nazarene
Sr., QB, Detroit, Mich. (Belleville)

  • Went 30-for-48 for 368 passing yards in No. 19 Olivet Nazarene’s loss to No. 8 Marian
  • Threw three TDs and rushed for another 29 yards on the day
  • Earns his second MSFA Player of the Week honor this season

Defensive Player of the Week
Cade Houseman, Marian
So., LB, Springfield, Ohio (Northeastern)

  • Led No. 8 Marian with 10 tackles in the Knights’ win over No. 19 Olivet Nazarene
  • Had five solo tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss
  • Earns his second MSFA Player of the Week award this season, and the third of his career

Special Teams Player of the Week
Alijah Price, Marian
Fr., KR, Indianapolis, Ind. (Ben Davis)

  • Collected 198 yards on five kick returns, including a 95-yard TD in the win over the Tigers
  • Averaged 39.6 yards per return, and rushed for 45 yards and a TD on offense
  • Earns his second MSFA Player of the Week award this season
